At Conventa exhibitors have on average 22 pre-arranged meetings in two days, the organisation of which would, according to the Conventa survey, on average save you at least 60 hours of valuable time that you would otherwise be spending searching for contacts, organising and executing of meetings.
Investment in Conventa is equal to investment in a minimum 250 sales contacts (sales leads). The registration fee for Conventa does not have concealed costs and includes a fully equipped stand to work on the principle “come, meet, win”. In addition, over the two days of the event, all coffee breaks, lunches and evening receptions are included in the registration fee. Every year we decline over 200 applicants who do not meet the strict criteria of qualification. More than 80% of hosted buyers are new every year.
Every year we are expanding our range of year-round promotional activities which are included free of charge into the exhibitors’ packages. The promotion is based on the constantly growing database of potential invited guests and tools such as Conventa website, newsletters, social networks and Kongres magazine.

Conventa is bringing up-to-date knowledge in the area of meeting s industry, following the principle of active learning. In 2016 an all-day “Incentive Summit Education Day” was organized in scope of SITE Summit in Ljubljana. During Conventa 2016 the Expert’s corner was the main point for sharing the knowledge and experience. At Conventa 2017 participants could join several lectures, workshops, presentations in Experts’ Campfire, IMEX-MPI-MCI Future Leaders Forum and ICCA Breakfast.
