COVID-19: A message from the co-founders of Conventa

Conventa was born in a crisis. Conventa also overcame one.

In 2009, in the middle of the worst economic crisis, we came up with the idea of Conventa Trade Show. The responses from colleagues and the media were unified. You are brave, taking on a project like this and stepping into the unknown. Conventa was born in a crisis. Conventa also overcame a crisis. We are used to crisis management and change is something the Conventa team takes as a given.

In comparison to last year’s tourist season, in which the company had a fleet of 14 aircraft (12 of its own and 2 leased CRJ1000 aircraft), Croatia Airlines is opening this year’s tourist season with one more aircraft in its fleet. Based on a dry lease, the company’s fleet will in late March be expanded to include an Airbus 319 with a seating capacity of 150. Moreover, in late April, a 76-seat Dash 8-Q400 is also joining the fleet as support in cases of unplanned air traffic disruptions.

Meet the coolest Hungarian resort at Conventa 2020

Mjus World – Resort & Thermal Park, where Italian lifestyle mixes with Hungarian hospitality is waiting for you to meet their representatives at the 12th edition of Conventa, the first business trade show in New Europe for business meetings, congresses and incentives.

For incentive organisers, Mjus hotel is an excellent choice. The hotel as a whole is convincing, which probably shouldn’t be surprising, considering the Italian owners who operate the hotel with passion and a great eye for detail.

Trieste will be the Capital of Science in 2020

The Capital of Science

Trieste won ESOF bid in July 2017, but at that time, it did not have a Conference Center large enough to host such a big event. Nine enterpreneurs decided to offer a state of the art conference center for ESOF2020 that would then be a gift to Trieste for the years to come. This dream has come true and Trieste Convention Center has grown up to 62 members and won the project financing bid launched by the Municipality of Trieste.
